To make it simple this paperwork was to ensure that your Motorhome is inhabitable. Basically, that it is not used commercially such as a business office or mobile clinic type of thing. Depending on the model year this could possibly make your motorhome not registerable. Furthermore, if CTC-VIS registration and fees have not been paid you will not get tags even if registration is paid and a CLEAN TRUCK TEST has been done. The CTC-VIS fees can take 3 days to post if paid with a card and up to 7 days if paid with a Echeck. If your vehicle had an Opacity test the paperwork is sent in manually with forms and results take three days up to two weeks to get sent back. You will then have too physically go into an office to get your tags, they will not be sent in the mail. I hope this helped answer some questions for people.
